  • Be at least 18 years old

68 Hour Med-Tech Course

The 68hr Medication Administration Course is a Virginia Board of Nursing approved program. The course instructs participants how to administer & assist residents in self-administering medications, including blood sugar checks & insulin injections, in the assisted living environment.

Requirements

  • ​Must be a Nurse Aide OR PCA graduate. We will not accept PCA certificates from other schools if we can not verify them (If you do not have either of these certifications ask us about our Career Starter Program.

  • Pass a Drug Test and or Random Drug Test done at Next Level HCO or under discretion of the clinical site.

  • Pass criminal background check (no felony charges,  no assault and battery charges)

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • A negative TB test report 

  • The ability to read and write English​ ​

  • Nails must be short with no artificial covering 

  • ​Long hair must be pulled back ​

  • Non-Refundable $200 deposit
