  • We have increased physical space between employees and customers (smaller classes, 3-4 students)

  • We are implementing flexible meetings and delivering services Virtually (e.g. phone, video, or web)

  • Providing tissues and no-touch disposal receptacles.

  • We have soap and water in the workplace and alcohol-based hand sanitizer that at least 60% alcohol in the class room.

  • Hand sanitizers in multiple locations to encourage hand hygiene.

  • Posters that encourage hand hygiene to help stop the spread at the entrance and in other workplace areas where they are likely to be seen.

  • We discourage handshaking – encourage the use of other non-contact methods of greeting.

  • We routinely clean and disinfect all frequently touched surfaces in the workplace, such as workstations, keyboards, telephones, handrails, and doorknobs.

  • Vinyl gloves are provided to each student attending course

  • Manikins will be sanitized for student use before course, pick up, or delivery.


Courses will utilize the Zoom video conferencing platform or our Otis 3.0 platform to successfully communicate directives and activities in the comfort of your home or office.

  1. Schedule an Online or Virtual Course.

  2. You will receive confirmation of scheduled course via email.

  3. Virtual courses will receive a Zoom link inside of confirmation email in which course will begin at time scheduled.

  4. Students or Companies can pick up materials (Manikins, Gloves, CPR Mask, AED) two days before the course to ensure accuracy of materials needed.

  5. Course materials must be returned the following day to avoid a late fee of $50.

  6. Course materials can be picked up by Next Level HCO for a $35 convenience fee.

  7. Card used for payment will be kept on file until materials have been returned and charged if pickup or return has not been discussed.
