FAQ’s

Q: What if something unexpected comes up and I can’t make it to my scheduled class…do I lose my money?
A: Your payment is non-refundable. We require a 72-hour notice to cancel/reschedule. If something happens that you cannot attend, someone else may attend in your place, however, if that is not the case, your payment is non-refundable and “re” payment would be required to “reschedule.”

Q: What if I don’t pass the course/courses I am taking?
A: We allow you to reschedule and repeat any course you have not passed, one time, at no additional charge. If you don’t pass after taking the course twice, paying again is required to reschedule.

QWhat are the Recert Rates and Challenge Courses?

A:  Recert Rates apply if you have previously taken a particular course with us and your card or certificate is NO MORE than 30 days expired.  Sorry, we cannot make exceptions.

Healthcare & Community Provider in need of renewal may take the classroom portion online.  Skills check offs will be done one on one for $40.00.  If you are interested please call our office for more information

Q: What if I get delayed due to unexpected work/family situation – can I arrive late?
A: We do have a 15 min late policy, if you are more than 15 minutes late we cannot admit you into class and it will be considered a No Show charge.

Q: When do I receive my “certification” card?
A: Receiving your certification cards will vary depending on the location you received your training, please call the office for further details.

Q: If I can’t get a babysitter for my child or if I can’t get coverage for my client, can I bring them to the class with me?
A: No. We do not allow children, clients, spouses, significant others, etc. to wait for you inside our class/office. Only people scheduled for the class are allowed to attend.

Q: What if I lose my card; can you give me another one?
A: There is a $25.00 charge to re-print cards/certificates. We do not keep copies of every card we give out but we do keep accurate records of who we teach and as long as we can verify your training with Next Level HCO we can reproduce the card/certificate. Please note: We have an agreement with many companies who send employees to us that if they (the company) pay for the training, we will not reproduce the card without their (the company’s) permission

Q: Do you offer any coupons or discounts?

A:  We offer a discount and other coupons are offered periodically.  Only one coupon/discount maybe used per person per training.  All student discounts/coupons must be presented at the time of payment.  No discounts/coupons can be redeemed after payment has been processed.

Q: What if I miss a class, can I come to the next one (Applies to 32 &68 Hour Course)?

In order for you to successfully complete the course, you must attend ALL classes.  If you miss a class, you will be placed in the next available make-up seat.  While you can make up the clinical portion of the class, the specific content that you missed may not be available.  Students who are arriving late to class may not be permitted to enter.  Classes are not transferable after the first class date. Because you have reserved your seat and someone else was unable to attend, no refunds will be issued for no-show students.  The scheduled hours for each class are required by the Virginia Board of Nursing.

Q: What are your office hours?

A:  Our office hours are as follows:  Monday through Thursday – 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Friday – 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.  We do offer classes outside of these times, however during these times there will be someone in the office to assist you with whatever questions you may have.
