FAQ

Q: What if something unexpected comes up and I can’t make it to my scheduled class, do I lose my money?

A: Your payment is non-refundable. We require a 72-hour notice to cancel/reschedule. If something happens that you cannot attend, someone else may attend in your place, however, your payment is non-refundable. You will be given a courtesy one-time reschedule, after that you will be required to pay again for your course. If you have to reschedule 3 or more times you will be charged a $25 reschedule fee.

Q: What if I don’t pass the course/courses I am taking?

AWe allow you to reschedule and repeat any course you have not passed, one time, at no additional charge. If you don’t pass after taking the course twice, paying again is required to reschedule.

A: In order for you to successfully complete the course, you must attend ALL class sessions for your scheduled course as well as be in attendance from beginning to end. If you miss a class, come late, or leave early you will be placed in the next available course.
Medication Courses:
While you can make up the clinical portion of the class, the specific content that you missed may not be available. Students who are arriving late to class (without prior permission from Nurse Instructor) may not be permitted to enter. Classes are not transferable after the first class date. No refunds will be issued for no-show students.  The scheduled hours for each class are required by the Virginia Board of Nursing.

Q: What are your office hours?

A:  Our office hours are as follows:  Monday through Thursday – 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday – 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. We do offer classes outside of these times. We are available during our normal business hours through phone and email; if you don't get us right away we are helping other clients, in meetings, or running business related errands. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Q: How do your payments work?

A: All individuals and companies must make full payment within 24 hours of receiving your invoice to stay on our schedule. We cannot reserve space longer than 24 hours without payment. If payment has not been received within 24 hours of the receipt of the invoice, students will be dropped from the training class. As a result, there will be no refunds. You will be allowed a one-time courtesy reschedule. After your courtesy reschedule, you will have to pay a $25 rescheduling fee on top of the course fee before being allowed to attend.

***There will be no refunds issued if students do not attend. You can send someone in their place or receive a credit to reschedule at a later date for the total amount of that course. ***
